Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes, we accept returns on unworn and undamaged items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale and cannot be returned unless they arrive defective.
Does TAI Jewelry offer a warranty?
We stand behind our craftsmanship. We offer a 6-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or improper storage.
